Well, I almost made it out of Los Angeles!
I was picked up by the driver last night at 9pm. We got to LAX around 10pm. I went in and got in line to check in for my 1:40am flight. I was immediately handed a piece of paper stating that “due to typhoon Jangmi over Taipei [...]
I’m almost all packed and ready to go. A driver is picking me up at 9pm tonight. My flight from LAX leaves at 1:40am, Monday morning. I fly to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where I’ll have a 7 hour layover. I then fly into Chennai where I’ll arrive at 8:30pm, Tuesday night.
I just sent off my passport and visa application for my trip to India. It should be back within a week.
I still haven’t gotten my flights arranged as we don’t know when I’ll be leaving…all because of the visa issue.
Well, I was supposed to be leaving for Brazil tomorrow. I was supposed to head down for just a few days for some makeup tests on the actor, Rajini Kanth. Problem is, they (the production) didn’t realise just how long it would take for me to get there…..over 24 hours! And then there’s a 6 [...]
